fair‑fish is looking for a committed and responsible leader to serve as Executive Director. In this role, you will lead our internationally active NGO, develop it together with the Board, and work alongside a small, skilled team to achieve practical improvements in the welfare of fishes in aquaculture and fisheries. The position offers meaningful work, scope to shape the organisation, flexible working conditions and a carefully supported handover.
