Worked at the Institute for Baltic Sea Research in Warnemünde, as an international consultant for organic aquaculture at Naturland and at the Research Institute of Organic Agriculture (FiBL) in Switzerland as head of aquaculture research and development of insect breeding systems for fish feeding.
