Every support for fair trade, fair animal husbandry and organic products is important and another piece in the mosaic of efforts to improve conditions for people, animals and the environment. Indifferent consumers protect 'fish as a commodity', overexploitation of the oceans, short-sighted and greedy economic interests and much more. Personally, it is all the more important to me to continue the honest and good work of fair-fish within the scope of my own possibilities.“
